3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. You grant Virexlabs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses

6. Limitation of Liability

Virexlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
